For those who want more direct contact with patients, Blake Austin offers the Medical Assistant – Front and Back Office program. You will work hand-in-hand with doctors and nurses by assisting with patient care including taking vital signs and recording medical history.

Medical Assistants are currently needed in physicians' offices, medical centers, clinics, nursing homes, ambulatory care centers, medical billing offices and hospitals. You'll learn the medical terminology, computer applications and front office skills that will make you a valuable member of the medical community.
